- Cook the manicotti according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, combine the ground beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in the egg, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Fill the cooked manicotti shells with the mixture.
- Combine the marinara sauce and water in the Instant Pot.
- On top of the sauce, arrange the stuffed manicotti shells.
- Close the lid of the Instant Pot and turn the pressure valve to sealing.
