Instant Pot Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

This Instant Pot Strawberry Cheesecake has rich and creamy flavors. This dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth with a buttery graham cracker crust and a luscious cheesecake filling swirled with strawberry jam.

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 35 minutes
  • Total Time: 50 minutes


  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Fill a 7-inch springform pan halfway with the mixture.
  • Cream cheese should be smooth in another mixing bowl.
  • Sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract are all added.
  • Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the springform pan's crust.
  • Dollop strawberry jam on top of the cheesecake and swirl it around with a knife.
  • Cover the cheesecake with foil and fill the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water.
  • In the Instant Pot, place the trivet on top of the springform pan.
  • Close the Instant Pot and set the timer for 35 minutes on high pressure.
  • When the timer goes off, wait 10 minutes for the pressure to naturally release before releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature after removing it from the Instant Pot.
  • Refrigerate for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with fresh strawberries.
