Instant Pot Cream of Corn Soup Recipe

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the butter.
  • When the butter has melted, add the diced onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Sauté for 30 seconds more after adding the minced garlic.
  • Combine the frozen corn, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir thoroughly.
  • Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes after finishing before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Open the lid and blend the soup to the desired consistency with an immersion blender.
  • Stir in heavy cream and cook on sauté mode for another 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
