- Combine the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.

- Cancel the sauté mode and secure the lid.
- For 20 minutes, set the Instant Pot to high pressure.
- Once the cooking time is up, do a 10-minute natural pressure release, followed by a quick pressure release to release any remaining pressure.
